Clean Juice Cool Springs hopes to fill gap in organic, ‘fast-casual’ dining

Clean Juice Cool Springs opened its doors in the Meridian Cool Springs development with a celebratory ribbon cutting on April 7 along with Williamson, Inc.

Clean Juice offers 100% USDA-certified organic smoothies, juices, acai bowls, sandwiches, salads, wraps and more. The business fills the gap for people looking for a meal that is an organic “fast-casual,” said owner Maylissa Ballance.

This is the first location owned by Ballance, who is also a health coach interested in helping serve those with dietary restrictions, food sensitivities and allergies at the restaurant.
